About FruMørk
FruMørk sells carefully selected, second-hand items within home decor and interior design. Although our items are used, we ensure high quality. The condition of each product is always assessed and described on the website.
At FruMørk, we strive to provide precise descriptions and documentation of each product’s condition to ensure that customer expectations are aligned.
Payment Options
FruMørk accepts payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Your payment will only be deducted from your account once the item has been shipped or is ready for pickup, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order.
Amount Reservation
When paying with a debit or credit card, the transaction amount is reserved on your account until the order has been processed and dispatched. The amount is only deducted once the item is on its way to you. The reservation period depends on the specific product.
Payment with Debit Card
If you use a debit card, a reserved amount will be visible on your account, which may reduce your available balance. If the order is canceled, the webshop cannot withdraw the amount, but the reservation may still be visible for a period. Only your bank or card issuer can cancel a reservation.
Payment with Credit Card
The money is withdrawn from your account once we process and complete the payment for your order, after which the transaction will appear on your bank statement. All prices on the website include VAT.
The webshop uses Danish kroner (DKK) as its currency.
We use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is protected and cannot be accessed by third parties.
Delivery, Shipping, and Returns
We strive to ship all items in recycled packaging to protect the environment and reduce waste.
All orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to holidays, public holidays, and other factors. Once your item has been dispatched, the typical delivery times are as follows:
- Denmark: 1-4 business days
- Europe: 4-7 business days
We use DAO and PostNord for shipping both domestic and international orders. You can choose to have your package delivered to your home address or to the nearest parcel shop, if available in your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of the item.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Right of Withdrawal
If you change your mind about your purchase, FruMørk offers a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 14 days of informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to frumoerk@hotmail.com, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Condition of the Item upon Return
You are responsible for the condition of the product and for any depreciation caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. This means that you may only try the item in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used or tested beyond what is necessary, it will be considered used and may have reduced value. This means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may receive a reduced refund or no refund at all. FruMørk will assess the condition of the item upon return.
Legal Notice
According to Danish sales law, all products come with a 2-year right to complaint.
As our items are used, we recommend that you carefully read the product description and examine the pictures closely. Complaints regarding defects that are already described or shown will not be accepted.
The right to complaint does not apply if the product has been handled improperly.
If your complaint is justified, you may either have the product exchanged, receive a refund, or get a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
